Connecticut Roller Derby (CTRD) is a skater-run organization. Founded in 2006, we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit, whose mission includes:
To operating as a financially sustainable, non-profit, flat track roller derby league for women and gender-expansive athletes, that fosters community, sports, and athleticism.
To represent the State of Connecticut in the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA) in local, regional, national, and international competition.
To act as role models to people of all ages through our strength, health, and diversity.
To instill a sense of family, loyalty, hard work, and competitiveness in all of our skaters.
