Jersey Shore Roller Derby loves working with experienced officials but also appreciates and wants to support developing officials working their first games or taking on new positions. We are an easy-going league and while we strive to ensure that our officials perform as close to sanctioned play as possible, we understand that with officials who are learning some mistakes are expected.

Please feel free to participate in bout themes and join everyone at our after parties. If participating in theming we ask that you remain identifiable in the role you are performing. (NSOs primarily in black outfits - SOs wearing stripes, skates, and all required safety equipment).

Call time for officials is 1:00 PM.

We do not currently have a league HNSO or HR although we plan to cover the lead-up work and only ask that you perform day-of responsibilities and prefer you handle requested evaluations or provide us notes to do so. If you would like to serve in these positions, please let us know if you would like to be involved in the selection of other officials and if you do or do not feel comfortable providing evaluations for officials by adding a note in "Other important information we should know:"
