Fremont County is in the heart of central Wyoming, about 2½ hours east of Jackson and Yellowstone. It includes and borders the Wind River Indian Reservation, homeland of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe and the present-day reservation of the Northern Arapaho Tribe. Fremont County Roller Derby consists of two programs: the Red Canyon Rattleskaters, an adult flat-track roller derby team, and the Dino-mites, a junior roller derby program serving youth ages 8–18.
