Junior Officals are encouraged to apply!

Game Schedule: The weekend will consist of 11 JRDA Open Division Games. 10 Level 3 sanctioned, and one Level 2 unsanctioned mashup. Each day will have an 8 AM first whistle. Saturday will have 6 games and Sunday will have 5.

Teams:

Acceptance Schedule: Applications recieved by Jan 20 will be have priority. Initial applications will be sent out by Jan 31. After that we will conduct rolling acceptances to fill in empty spots. Please confirm your acceptance as soon as possible when you recieve it.

JRDA Volunteer Status: Jrda requires a background check, 2 online classes, and a form from all volunteers, including officials. You do not have to have the status completed to be invited, but you will need to complete it by April 1 to be rostered. More information at: https://www.juniorrollerderby.org/volunteer-forms

Your THOs: are Reffeweizen (Officiating@ElevatedRollerDerby.com) and Penny Painful (LissieJ@gmail.com).

Venue Information: We were very particular when deciding to use this new venue. We have received assurance that it is a community space and we can make it our own for the weekend. This includes, but is not limited to re-assigning restrooms to be open gender. Additionally, there is also no requirement to show ID to enter the facility - it is entirely open to the public. Reach out to us if you have other concerns. This is us using your tax dollars to make roller derby happen.

I understand that I must have my JRDA volunteer requirements completed by April 1 if I want to be staffed for Sandia Spring Roll. If you got your requirements for last year's SSR, they're still good this year. More information at: https://www.juniorrollerderby.org/volunteer-forms
Are you over 18? This tournament encourages Junior Officials!!
